No-Till Grain Drills
ASWCD has one Great Plains 706NT No-Till Drill available for Aiken County landowners to rent. The planter allows the placement of seed without drastically disturbing the topsoil. It can increase profit and efficiency and is listed by the USDA-NRCS as a best management practice.
A planter can be rented with a $500.00 refundable deposit and the completion of the rental agreement below.
ASWCD charges $10.00/ acre with a $150.00 minimum. The fees are used to service and manage the equipment.

GeoTextile Fabric
ASWCD also offers GeoTextile Fabric at a discounted rate. GeoTextile Fabric is used as an erosion control measure. The fabric retains soil particles while allowing for the free flow of water.
